This Privacy Policy explains how innerQuit collects, uses, and protects your information when you use the innerQuit mobile application.

innerQuit is a premium lifestyle and habit-building app designed to support your personal evolution and mindfulness journey. We help you understand the habits and routines you want to transform, cultivate intentional daily practices, and build a rhythm aligned with your values — through guided reflections, mindfulness exercises, and practical habit-building tools.

To provide our habit-building features and tools, we collect the following information:

• Account Information: To create and manage your account, we use Google Firebase Authentication. The only personal data we store for this purpose is your email address.
• Personalization Data: Your preferred name.
• Habit & Lifestyle Data: Daily habit logs, personal preferences, streak progress, milestone achievements, wellness journey data, and your goals for personal evolution and mindfulness practice.
• Journal Entries: Optional diary content entered by you as part of your daily reflection practice.
• Purchase Information: In-app purchases are processed securely by Google Play Store. We do not collect or store your payment details.
• Subscription Status: We use RevenueCat to validate and manage subscriptions. RevenueCat receives a de-identified user ID and purchase receipt data solely to verify subscription status.

Certain premium exercises within innerQuit (such as the "Excuse Fader" guided practice) require access to your device's microphone for audio processing.

All audio from these exercises is processed entirely on your device with no server uploads or external sharing. Audio recordings are:

• To provide core lifestyle app functionality, including habit tracking, daily mindfulness reflections, personal milestone tracking, and progress visualization.
• To securely store your wellness journey and guided practice journal entries.
• To personalize your experience based on your stated lifestyle goals, preferences, and evolution journey.
• To verify your subscription status.

Your data is stored using Google Firebase (Cloud Firestore).

All data is encrypted in transit using HTTPS. Firebase Security Rules ensure that users can only access their own data.

We use the following third-party services:

We do not sell your personal data. We do not use third-party advertising services.

We retain your wellness journey data and account information for as long as your account remains active. If you delete your account, all associated personal data is permanently removed from our systems within a reasonable timeframe, unless retention is required by law.

You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time using one of these methods:

innerQuit is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that such data has been collected, we will delete it immediately.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected by updating the "Effective Date" at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
