innerQuit Account
Your privacy matters to us. Here's everything you need to know about deleting your account and data.

Open the innerQuit app
Make sure you're signed in to the account you want to delete.

Go to the Profile tab
Tap the profile icon in the bottom navigation bar.

Scroll to the bottom
Find the "Delete Account" option at the very end of the list.

Confirm your decision
Enter your password then Tap confirm.
Can't access the app?
Request deletion via email
If you can't log in to the app, please email us to request account deletion.
Manual requests are processed within 7 business days. You'll receive an email confirmation once your account is permanently deleted.
What happens to your data
Transparency about our data practices
All account data, including profile details, preferences, progress records and journal entries, will be permanently deleted from our systems within 7 days of deletion confirmation.
